I have been in the design world since the early 80’s – making artsy posters, ad’s for print magazines, album art for Bay Area bands and 3-fold brochures for local businesses. 

Evolving along with design in relation to tools, methodologies and mediums, moving into my first UX role in the early 2000’s with the Bay Area start-up TuneUp. TuneUp was a third party app that sat on top of iTunes and cleaned up your mislabeled music and meta-data. TuneUp went out of business in 2013 with the advent of streaming services like Spotify and Pandora.

I joined Rodan + Fields as the first member of the UX team in 2014, a premium skincare company on an eCommerce platform, ripe with opportunities as we build, grow, and maintain several digital properties.

I now manage a team of eight very diverse and creative individuals, complimenting each other in the best ways possible. Solving problems and creating value through design really captures my interest and I look forward to being part of the future of UX as it unfolds.
